Are you a Thai national? If not, there isn't really any reason to bother. Jobs for foreigners are few and far between and the company will take care of your validation. ( I have not herd of anyone doing a full conversion)
If you just want to do some flying, then a private pilot validation will be sufficient. Check out the Thai Flying Club's website for more info.
