No Arnold. Its a communist country. It still has a long way to go before its a socialist country. Jabawocky, my brothers son is a senior exec is one of the largest transport companies in this country, so large it moves military equip. as well. Having a quiet beer with my nephew, he told me how it is going to effect their company, especially with heavy vehicles on which this govt. has added a 2cent tax. They have over a thousand heavy vehicles spread around the country so 2 cents adds up. They will be putting some trucks off the road (applause from the Greens) they will have to let go mechanics, and drivers, loaders and fork lift drivers. They have every intention of passing on the extra amount to the public, and as they deliver, food, building materials, livestock, petroleum, containers, general parcels and equipment, you don't have to be real smart to see where it all going to end up. And that is only one transport company. And for what? For the Greens they are going to save the world, from doing what it has always done, change. And for the Labor Govt. it is purely to add to the till, redistribute wealth in the old time honored way, Socialism, which is working a treat in Europe. Never has this country been under such threat from lunatics, since the Whitlam days, but at least old Gough had some integrity and decency. God knows where it all going to lead.
