Seriously you are comparing Canada's Civil Air transportation regulatory regime in general and the Canadian Transportation Safety Board in particular, to the goat rope that is Indonesian avaition regulation . How can anyone with even a passing knowledge of all the Indonisian incidents and accidents in recent years make such a silly statement
