Out of interest, was anyone actually expecting a bonus??????
You all sound surprised.... why?? There was no way we were ever gonna reach the set target this year, so therefore no bonus! Simple!!!!
Not expecting a pay rise either but I will however be very p1ssed off if there is no increment
