Fantastic.
And that is where the evolution of the certification rules, simulator training and quality safety management have brought us to.

Engine failure, routinely, quietly and professionally handled, change aircraft and let's get on with just another day.

And now I'm going to get myself into trouble.
I'm sure Capt Holland would rather not have had to "deal with it" but to have spent 35 years training for the unlikely event and not having had to "deal with it " would have seemed, to me anyway, a bit perverse.

Well done and I hope he has a happy and fruitful retirement.
