The only way to get block days off is to use the bidding system. But honestly that is a waste of time. I have not been able to get the max block days off (eight days). Even though i bid for it every month.
. If you are looking for a commuting airline go to Korean, Turkish etc. You will find a lot of ex Qatar guys there. They left for that.
