Assuming the entire capital cost of the airport is offset against debt in the DAA books and using the interest rate quoted when the Cork Airport debt was a big issue, the total amount of interest payable per year is €10.8 million. IIRC the loss attributed to Cork was €13 million, so it's not quite breaking even operationally at the moment, but it's not a million miles away either.
