I see that the mandatory (with controllability)
observability of dynamic systems is the most important point in all the described exemples.
In Norman's paper it concerns the Human Machine Interface often forgiven, as we are looking separately human and machin. The concept of "effective aircraft" is concerned totally,
involving the HMI with observability.
