This company will make a lot of people much more happy,especially the one living separated from their family,if they propose a commuting contract ( at least to the people who are willing to ), 6 weeks on 2 weeks off or something like that...wiith no additional leave ,even if it comes with a small cut in salary, I will sign immediately!
