I can't stand late passengers and have no hesitation in taking off without them if they can't be bothered to rock up on time.
As for the supermarket line, talk about a test of patience. I've been known to point out to people that they have more than 12 items in the 12 items or less isle, much to the embarasment to my better half. What can I say...dealing with other peoples incompetence takes its toll.
