By what I have been told by my doctor, true Meniere's has much more severe symptoms than you are describing. I have been suffering fom a sinus infection, which despite the usual pressure in the face issues, has had me feeling light headed and occasionally off balance- my doc also thinks this MAY be due to a mild vestibular infection. Maybe you are suffering from something similar?
