It is a big plane, and the Pilot seemingly was behind in the a/c lag, and momentum, once moving... Here, in PITCH, as we also see in ROLL. His PITCH excursive inputs mimicked the ROLL, he had a mix of Impatience, "Catch-Up" and Adrenaline, all three rsponsible, perhaps in toto for this crash......
