That's very comprehensive, thank you. your right i will be continuously monitored and this will help build confidence if i have a decent training record. Hopefully I am one of those who absorbs information like a sponge! I suppose what sparked this feeling is after doing ops procedures atpl theory. there just seemed so much more to flying than i ever realised.. i looked at a flight pack which included 56 pages of plogs, met data, alternates and god knows what. it sparked a feeling of 'how is this going to be possible'. Step by step though, doing what I have to do then adding to it each and every day shouldnt be a problem. The capatains will realise this and build me in at a reasonable rate im sure.
