I guess the mistreatment and abuse of that child in China has instigated the cowardly attack by a bunch of teen age hooligans on the two Chinese university students on a suburban Sydney train last week? However they did show some compassion for their victims by one of the female members using her tampon, removed from her pants, to staunch the bleeding from one of the victims mouth! Similar to the incident of the child in China, none of the onlookers of the Sydney train robbery, cared to intervene! I have lived in the East for 40 years without coming to any harm, even in some very questionable locations. Usually, to get into trouble, you had to ask for it. Not long after my retirement and return to Sydney, my son finished up in hospital with three fractures of his jaw after being mugged in a Sydney CBD street.
