Under JB's plan I doubt you would see any A330 going to DPS, personally knowing the loads it would definetly not be profitable because its PAX only. I doubt you will see HNL because they already have an agreement with HAL.
I personally think you will see as mentioned previously; HKG, SIN and BKK to start with to link up hubs.
Bear in mind aswell there is still an option for another B77W...VS have been eyeing off BMI slots at LHR... I wonder why?
