the Nepali army don't go really high, nor do rescues, (except for their own) private companies do civilian rescues only
I think the L4 with the HA tail-rotor would work well here, but above 16,000' the B3 is the only way to go
if given a choice I would always pick a B3+ anytime, every-time; huge power margin, comfort, speed; way to go
