if only watchdog was still on tv..

I applied to this scheme in June this year, and attended a selection do dah in June. Although I got through the first stage, I have not heard a dickie bird since, and have no idea when the second stage will be. This is now almost 6 months after the first stage. I have spoken to the chaps at malgus about this and they say that they have not been able to run a second stage selection as there are not enough 'suitable' people applying to hold a second stage selection. In other words, not enough people forking out 147 buff. In other words, they appear to be taking your money at the moment and pretty much everyone at the first stage appears to be failing. If not, then why hasn't there been a stage two in the last 6 months.

I'm not an expert in law, but this doesn't sound a very legitimate venture. I suspect that if I (or anyone) do sit the second stage that no-one will get through and no-one will be sent to jerez. The words 'barge pole', '10ft' and 'would not touch' come to mind.

caveat emperor and all that.
