The company only recruits experienced pilots but since the experience level for an experienced pilot is set at a measly and meagre 1,000 hours, faith must play a part in the recruitment and survival process. Indeed, you possibly need to be a little of a proselytizer with certain fundamentals of faith to spiritually sustain you in order to succeed.
