Lufthansa, Iberia, Air France and SAS have probably concluded that the Market is simply too small to take on EI and FR on one of their homes bases.
Agree with that and AF were at SNN but was dropped as numbers began to fall. I would also say that airlines know what FR are like and there is a high chance that if they started a route from ORK/SNN FR would start the same (airport near by) and most of the time FR win.
