CAA stats state there were 983 pax on NOC EDI in March. I assume the timetable of Tues, Fri and Sun was running in March. Therefore 26 rotations. That's 37.8 pax/flight at a load factor of 48%.
The previous month pax total was 520, which would mean there were 867 seats, or 11 flights for the month to get the LF you quote.
Anyway, regardless of that, I wasn't having a go at NOC, instead BE and their bizarre approach to route development.
