All I could see on the video shows was a dirt area about 30 yards wide next to at least one multi story building. Indian cities are very crowded places. We have no idea whether there's tall buildings all around that square making it an impossible auto target, or if it was open fields, or if it was teeming with crowds of people at the time it came down.
So again, please humour me and explain what was your point because I have no idea what you are getting at.
