First, when I try to enter waypoints into the "quick plan" box the Ipad freezes with the keyboard showing and the only way I can get rid of the keyboard is to stop the program totally then restart it. Any suggestions here?
Yes, don't do that.
Sorry, couldn't resist. Yeah, it's a bug. It is OK if you actually put in at least two waypoints and hit enter. But tap anywhere else while the keyboard is up, it gets stuck. Should be fixed in a week or so when Apple approves the update we submitted today.
Secondly when I hit the "help" button I get referred to a page from the ERSA about noticiing a document in need of amendment
Hmmm, which help button was it, on which screen? We may have missed one. The easy way to get to the documentation is to go to the "other" tab and scroll down to the last document.
