Human Factor: Not only have the BMICC so far been unable to either 'negotiate'
or 'consult' with their new employers,
AFAIK they haven't even been allowed to 'listen'!!
That being the case, how are they supposed to make such a momentous decision for those they represent without even having all the facts??
