Again, I view this as a dangerous precedent for airline pilots if this is allowed to happen. If the savings are significant enough, other airlines will take notice and will be able to point to this example as precedent. Jetstar is also taking a similar route.
I hope the Norwegian pilots don't just sit back and accept this... Next thing you will find is that all Airbus NEOs will be based out of Albania or the Ukraine.
