I beg to disagree. Type certificate for Arrow II (page 15) shows:
"Avoid continuous operation between 2000 - 2350 r.p.m." for Hartzell prop
Comes back down to reading the manual for the aircraft
you are operating and know the limitations for
that aircraft.
