The selection process needs a lot of patience, maybe even more
You have to understand that it's hard to manage 4-5-6 houndred applicants... i wasn't patient either
but it will be a good memory to remember...
You have to spend 400hrs on OJT with an instructor before you can work alone (about - hopefully 8 months or so)...
And there are about 8 girls working here in the OPS room, there are about maybe 10 more in the TWR, and I think there are 4 at the course, but Tamas can correct me... So we need girls
