I remember being young as you and drank grog like nobody's
business. Nowadays there's a hell of a hangover price to pay.
Here's an old trick I've always used before any dreaded Class I
Medical -
3 days before -
Stop boozing.
Eat normal but avoid pizzas cake and other ****.
Drink water in between coffees/teas/cokes/whatever.
2 days before -
No booze
Bowl of raw oats with blueberries for brekky - with hot water
no milk (your remaining 2 meals of the day will be rabbit food).
Have only one coffee/tea etc and drink lots more water.
Shag enough tonight so that you won't need any till after the
medical.
1 Day before -
Same as day before but cut out all coffee etc and drink lots of
water all bloody day.
Very early rabbit food dinner.
No shagging. Not even a matinee session.
Just before bed -
Guzzle 10 gallons of water - as much as you can hold.
No shagging. No DIY activity neither.
Medical Morning -
Guzzle another 10 gallons of water first thing on waking up
and immediately take a good piss in the bathroom.
Take a huge dump but don't force it.
No brekky.
Don't bar up as the proteins in pre ejac fluid can affect the
urine test to a small degree. If you (being young) have a
"morning glory" then try to pee it out using that bathroom
piss I mentioned a few lines above.
At the medical -
Yes you fasted for 12 hours (you've actually fasted for 15)
Yes you've drunk no fluids (who's gonna prove otherwise?)
Catch only your midstream piss in the urine sample bottle
not the first or last dribbles.
I'm a 51yo Aussie drunk so I know what I'm talking about.
I agree with gingernut though - age is on your side and you
might only fail if you roll up pissed out of your skull. But the
above is tried n true and has kept me passing ever since me
and Pontius done our first solos. I got into this habit about
your vintage.
