SID Climb Phraseology
I'm sure this has been covered but a search has been fruitless so would someone be kind enough to clarify the letter of the law regarding the differences between climb and climb direct on a SID. I downloaded CAP 413 edition 20 but I can't see a reference...or am I just an idiot?
