So please tell us: what should the RE Ops people have done when an aircraft went tech yesterday? ("They should have had a spare aircraft" is not a valid answer: yes, that would have avoided the problem, but they don't). Given the existing constraints, how should they have handled it better? Is your problem that Cork passengers were delayed, or that they were delayed because of a problem that happened to occur
at Shannon?
