If you want to store your cases in Hong Kong I can recommend Crown Wines in Shoulson Hill. They have a club house too with a good restaurant where you can drink your own wines, or they will deliver to the restaurant where you are going to eat if you give them a couple of days notice.
I also often pay the $300 corkage as it is still great value, but then I have been collecting for a long while.
