The JP5A syllabus in the mid 70s was great fun - 100hrs learning to fly it then 60hrs of low level, formation, IF and night flying. On night flying only allowed to do 3 circuits then out to initials for another go - aim was to get JP flying as fast as possible from down wind to initials then max rate turn before full power return to break into the circuit really enjoyable
HF
