Good thread - it's a good time of year to look back, and to daydream about the warm summer days to come next year (surely we're due a really decent summer by now!)
This year:
- First Channel crossing
- First Irish Sea crossing
- Bought first aeroplane and took it to France every week for the next two months
- Flew amongst some fabulous scenery on holiday in New Zealand
- Got an NPPL SEP licence
- Started on JAR upgrade and night rating
Next year:
- Finish JAR
- Do IMC
- Do an aerobatics course
- Do some time in a ‘classic’ – Tiger, Cub etc.
- Do more farm strips in the UK
- Do more touring across the Channel
