My turkish isn't that great but I'm a citizen and I've completed my military service so it was fine anyways.
All experienced F/Os that I know has not gotten any replies after filling the form. It seems like they only want inexperienced F/Os unless you come from the military.
First you do the Mollymawk test and the TOEIC or TOEFL iBT english test that you pay for yourself. If you pass it they will call you for a sim assessment. If you pass the sim you have the interview. Everything is quite straight forward.
