Give me a break ! I attended the interview 10 days ago ...i was the youngest one there.I spoke to one guy all the time,and he was 500 h TOTAL time without jet experience 485 h on C172 and 15h on PA34 ....you call that only experienced pilots ? Two months ago a friend of mine got hired with 2800h on C172 and 200 h on PA34 he was an FI .....out of 20 interviewed pilots only him and two more got a job one of them was from Malev
The same in my group they rejected one F/O who was type rated on A320 with total time of 12000 h he flew a long haul as well but still they have called another C172 FI for a simulator assessment...quite strange criteria ....so don't talk the things you hear....
