So, given that the partner will be China Eastern, who will fly the airplanes - Jetstar or China Eastern pilots (or a combo)? Obviously China Eastern pilots would be a lot cheaper and the A320 is a mainstay of their current fleet... Will the partnership require a mixing of internal resources including pilots?
