Hi fellow pruners,
I have got a panel interview this week and wondered if anyone else has ever been through one as this is the farthest I have got so far!
The formula I have adopted so far has worked and that is to be yourself and relax( easy to say ) and smile smile smile!
Can anyone out there send a few examples to the rest of us with ideas on questions and what is the other stage (the psch test) like.
As you can see I am going with the flow but really would love some ideas and tips,
