I believe with 2000+ hours and ATPL subjects in your pocket, you are bound to get into the 12 weeks transition program. As far as I know, once you clear the initial interview, all expenses are paid for right from the Stage 2 interview in Hong Kong till the end of your training in Adelaide (CX pays for your training, also known as a forgivable loan).
Slightly off the topic, is it true that an Indian passport holder need not apply for a visa if the stay (in Hong Kong) is less than 14 days?
