If you look at the 91UL launch thread on Flyer I quoted the EASA position which was if the engine manufacturer had approved the engine then the aircraft with that engine is approved by EASA automatically. That is because 91UL is 100LL without the lead added. I would be surprised if the 540 is cleared yet, but some versions will very likely be over coming months.
