Re . Avocet aircraft
Hi , just like to say that the avocet 's jabiru engine has got liquid cooled heads & SDSmultipoint fuel injection , & I've ordered an Airmaster prop ,
I've also redesigned the turret ,looks more like a lake type ,less drag than the 4 poster ,
The a/Incidence of the tail only looks excessive ,as the nose wheel is slightly lower so that on the ground you get better access to the back, makes the tail look overly high while on the ground .
I've also increased the dyheadral to 2.2deg & moved the wing 30 mm forward ,doesn't feel as nose heavy with two up and no cargo .
I been flying around with a beewee 100 Yamaha scooter in the back as well ,doesn't make a lot of differance to the trim , so it doesn't really need the jabiru trim , anyway , thanks for the feed back .
