Whos the handling agent or GA flights there? Is there no flying school situated at the airport?
Mandatory handling by Signature Flight Support. Greer pulled out of Edinburgh some time ago so Signature has a monopoly. There is a flying club but it has no handling authority. As to GA getting lost in the zone, this is not the reason for the airport's attitude to GA. If it was, the negative attitude would be driven by ATC and would affect zone transits as well as aircraft landing at EGPH. But that's not the case. It's BAA and Signature that drive the negative attitudes. ATC have no problem with GA, whether transiting or landing.
