I'm not sure you found your answer, but if you have a FAA License, all you
need to do is use the FAA link,
https://amsrvs.registry.faa.gov/amsrvs/Logon.asp
, click the link that says
Request Verification of
Certificate Privileges. Place checks next to each
certificate you have, insert the email, [email protected], and complete
the rest of the form.
