Some of the current pilots at CX believe that it is the birthright of all trainers/instructors to fail all cadet pilots (Indian/Malaysian/Pakistani) during flight grading. I know a cadet pilot (with 250+ hours) from HKG who went to the same flight school with me in Australia. He joined CX in mid 2011. During his flight grading, he told me about getting rusty initially on the Grob and the Simulator, but he picked it up in no time and graduated. The Aussie instructor personally told him that flight grading is all about improvising (in very little time) and displaying consistent performance. The fact that they wouldn't fail him right away.
