I have just joined on the forum so I hope I'm writing at the right place to get some advices from you guys.
As I was reading your notes I got an idea of your situation. Meaning that most of you have a lot of experience related with Control and already change your work place to try something new, improve your experiences and so on.
In my case, which is completely different as I'm an unexperienced controller because at the moment the job in Spain is "stuck". Unfortunetly for many of us after passing the tests and make the course we have no work as a controllers.
I would like to go abroad to work as a TWR ATCo but I know it is very difficult for me as I'm lack of experience in the sector. And according what I have read here and in many website from different countries, many of them request to be more than one year in active.
Despite of that, I decided to join this forum just in case somebody could give me a hand or help me if know anything else about the jobs/situation.
