I been trying to tell you all this...for a long time... LION IS NOT TAKING DIRECT HIRE... save your time by not sending cv to Lion... you have to go through the proper channels... PAY UP channel.. why take direct hire.. when people will pay.
nothing for free... IF you are a TRI or TRE... go through a agency.. than direct hire. because the benefits, conditions and SALARY will be better and higher. that's my only advice... dont be bit*h about it later here that you been rip off..
By the way ... Sriwijaya airlines are looking for crew..... through Sigma for CAPT and FO.. NO PAY IS NEEDED..
