The voluntary no pay leave is only available to FOs and SOs and not Capts. As of now, SIA does not have any expat FOs flying with them. Those expats currently flying in SIA are all Capts and on local terms..but there's a talk of ending the contract of those expats on local terms giving room for their own FOs to upgrade.
