AAS-Atlantic Aerospoace Service

Has anybody at this forum, ever been in contact with Atlantic Aerospace Service/AAS? Apparently an UK/US company offering ACMI services to airlines worldwide (incl. pilots to fly the planes). For the pilotservice AAS take in FOs who then pay for the linetraining and if the FO also need a TR, they offer to fix that as well.
I was keen on the linetraining, AAS offered in their ad and applied, at the same time requiring what T&Cs offered and what the estimated cost would be, as I thought "this aint for free".
After the ad AAS replied 4 months later (I did try to make contact within those 4 months), announcing, aircraft contracts was in place, jobs secured, all the positives was there, and, now we just need your Euros. No pilotcontract. No info about where/base, time frame, which airline, travel, Hotac, allowances, etc. etc.
If anybody got some infos to share, your experience, I certainly should like to hear how AAS are performing, if they ever went of the ground.
