It's a Memory Map chart file, basically a calibrated image of p42 of the
Olympic AIC supplement. You might be able to do the same in the Air Nav Pro format if you know what type of image & calibration file to use.
The paper chart supplement was supposed to be available as an
A3 sized pdf file.
