First DEC interviews this week

Prioritising Ex EK Crew and TRI/TRE's

Apparently over 1000 applications

150 DEC's this coming financial year which wont affect FO upgrades

They will be put through the entire Command course. So training is min 35 days.

Selection is going to apparently be much tougher than the previous intake for DECs
