N-registered aircraft outside the US

Dear all,

As a commercial pilot, I own a JAA CPL(A) ME-IR and SEP issued in the Netherlands.
I received a job offer in the Netherlands concerning a US-registered SE-airplane.
Already, I've informed myself with FAA FAR 61.3 a,1 stating that "However, when the aircraft is operated within a foreign country, a current pilot license issued by the country in which the aircraft is operated may be used". So that's pretty clear to me, I'm allowed to fly this airplane within the Netherlands since I have a license issued in this country.
My question:
Am I "limited" by the FAA or EASA to operate this aircraft commercially?

Thanks in advance!
