Just a few hours after your post we've received an email stating all duty swaps aren't permitted for the foreseeable future due to reported 'selling of duties'. I doubt very much money changed hands and between very few FO's, so a useful way of getting a longer/ shorter/ earlier/ more enjoyable duty has gone
